Easy Gluten Free Cornbread Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

 

1 cup Gluten Free Cornmeal

1/4 tsp salt

2 tsp Baking powder- aluminum free

1 egg

1/2 cup nondairy milk (I use coconut milk and 1/2 tsp vinegar)

Pinch of baking soda

 

Stir together dry ingredients, add egg, and milk with vinegar mixture. Mix until smooth. Bake at 450 degrees until brown. I cook in a cast iron skillet for 12-15 minutes.
